Washington, Aug. 18 -- Security guarantees for Ukraine in the event of a settlement of the conflict will not include any role for NATO, but may include the participation of a "coalition of the willing" and the United States, US Ambassador to NATO Matthew Whitaker said. "it's been very clear that any security guarantees would be outside of NATO, even if the United States were participating in those security guarantees," Whitaker told Fox News.
