Thiruvananthapuram, Oct. 6 -- The University Grants Commission (UGC) has moved the Supreme Court, seeking to be impleaded in the review petition filed by Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar regarding Vice-Chancellor (VC) appointments in Kerala's universities.
