Kampala, April 4 -- The Uganda Cricket Association (UCA) has named the national women's team that is set to tour Namibia for a series of international matches.

Deus Muhumuza, the head coach said that the team has been preparing seriously ahead of the tour to Namibia.

"Playing against a good team like Namibia is a big advantage because it helps our players to adapt to good playing formats at international level and get exposure," added Muhumuza.

The Victoria Pearls of Uganda who will travel on Sunday will face Namibia's Capricorn Eagles in six T20 international matches and one 50-overs contest at the High-Performance Cricket Oval in Windhoek. The Series will run from April 8 to 17.
