Kampala, Jan. 13 -- Uganda international midfielder Allan Okello has signed for Tanzanian Premier League champions Young Africans SC, his former club, Vipers SC, confirmed.
"We are happy to announce that Okello has joined Tanzanian side Young Africans," a Vipers spokesperson said.
Okello, who was part of Uganda's squad at the ongoing CAF Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco, was officially unveiled by the Dar es Salaam-based club on Monday night.
"We wish Okello all the best of luck in his new professional football journey," added Vipers spokesperson Ahmed Wasike.
