Lucknow, Sept. 28 -- Dr Udit Raj, former MP and National Chairman of the Confederation of Dalit, OBC, Minority, and Tribal Organizations (DOMA Parishangh), addressed a press conference in Lucknow today, issuing a scathing critique of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) and its leader, Mayawati.
