Thiruvananthapuram, March 24 -- The complaint lodged by the Congress-led United Democratic Front (UDF) seeking the rejection of the nomination of BJP-led NDA candidate Rajeev Chandrasekhar from the Nemom constituency has been dismissed by the authorities.
The UDF had submitted a formal complaint alleging irregularities and discrepancies in the nomination papers filed by BJP State President Rajeev Chandrasekhar. The complaint specifically demanded that his nomination be declared invalid on the grounds of these alleged issues.
