Kolkata, Oct. 17 -- UCO Bank today announced a net profit of Rs 620 crore, a growth of 2.82 percent for the second quarter of this fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, compared to Rs 603 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year.

The state owned lender also reported a net interest income (NII) of growth 10.08 pc to Rs 2,533 crore in Q2 FY26 as against Rs 2,301 crore in the previous year and on a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis, the lender gross NPA stood at 2.56 pc, compared to 3.18 pc in the last quarter.

The net NPA was reported at 0.43 pc as against 0.73 pc QoQ. The banker provisions were seen at Rs 588 crore as compared to Rs 616 crore QoQ, the Q2 report said.
