Hyderabad, Jan. 6 -- Riders collectively travelled more than 11.6 billion kilometres in 2025, a 26.5 per cent increase over 2024, according to an annual data report released by Uber India on Tuesday.

The distance covered was equivalent to more than 3.2 million trips between Srinagar and Kanyakumari, or nearly 8,840 such journeys every day, underlining the scale of demand for app-based mobility, the data revealed.

The data also highlighted positive rider behaviour nationwide, with drivers consistently giving high ratings.

Kochi recorded the highest average rider rating at 4.91 out of 5, with 98.3 per cent of trips in the city receiving a full five-star rating.
