Bengaluru, Dec. 22 -- Uber on Monday announced a technology partnership with the Bangalore City Police (BCP) aimed at enhancing safety for riders and drivers by enabling faster emergency response in the city.

Under the integration, Uber users can share their real-time location, trip details, and contact information with police directly from the app with a simple swipe. The feature is designed to allow first responders quicker access to critical information, potentially saving lives during emergencies.
