New Delhi, Dec. 15 -- Major General Ali Saif Humaid Alkaabi, Commander of the Presidential Guard of the United Arab Emirates, paid solemn tributes to India's bravehearts by laying a wreath at the National War Memorial, here on Monday, reaffirming the deepening defence partnership between the two nations.

The UAE Presidential Guard Commander is on a four-day official visit to India, which will continue until December 19.

He also reviewed a Guard of Honour at South Block.
