Phagwara, Jan. 27 -- Two youths have lost their lives in separate incidents due to overdose of intoxicants in Kot Rani village of Phagwara Tehsil and Chhokaran village near Phillaur in Punjab.
Babita Rani, sister of the deceased Manvir Kumar told the police that Sarabjit Singh alias Sahbi and Karambir alias Chhabbi both friends of the deceased were responsible for the death of her brother.
The police have arrested Sarabjit Singh while his other friend Karambit was still at large.
