Fatehpur/Baghpat, Sept. 2 -- Two incidents involving young couples losing their lives have come to light from Fatehpur and Baghpat respectively.
While police suspect suicide in both cases, investigations are ongoing to determine the exact circumstances.
On Monday night in Fatehpur district, a youth and girl were found dead at separate locations within close proximity. Shailesh (25), a resident of Palia village, was discovered unconscious by the roadside near Silmi village, about 800 meters from the girl's home. He passed away before he could be taken to the hospital. A bottle believed to have contained a toxic substance was found nearby.
