Lucknow, Sept. 17 -- Two students went missing from the Nigohan area of the state capital, police sources said here today.
Police said that the students left home for school on Tuesday morning but did not arrive.
"Family members searched for them at various locations and failed to get any information about them," they said.
Police said that the missing students have been identified as Lakshmi, a resident of Madakheda,and Vindhyavasini, a resident of Chhabile Kheda. Both attend the Government High School in Mastipur.
According to family members, the students did not return home after school, prompting a search.
