Hardoi / Bulandshahr, Nov. 28 -- Two people were killed in separate firing incidents during wedding ceremonies in Uttar Pradesh on Thursday night, creating panic in both villages and prompting police investigations, officials confirmed on Friday.
In Hardoi district's Atarauli police station area, a DJ operator was shot dead after he refused to restart music late at night at a wedding in Shahpur Majra Nevda Vijay village. The incident occurred around midnight on Thursday.
