Badaun, Sept. 20 -- A road accident claimed the lives of two young jewellers from Bisouli town late Friday night on the under-construction Ganga Expressway in the Wazirganj police station area of Badaun district.
The victims, Sunny Agrawal (28) and Anshul Varshney (30), died on the spot after their speeding car lost control and overturned.
According to police, both men were returning home from Bareilly after finishing some work. When they failed to return overnight, their families grew concerned.
On Saturday morning, local villagers spotted the damaged car, and they informed the police. Authorities arrived promptly at the scene and recovered the bodies from the vehicle.
