Hyderabad, Feb. 18 -- Two people were killed on the spot and three others were injured when their car was hit by an unidentified vehicle at the Rayakal Toll Plaza in Rangareddy district around midnight on Tuesday.
The victims were returning to Hyderabad after a pilgrimage to Arunachalam in Tamil Nadu when the accident occurred, police said.
The deceased, hailing from Turkayamzel in Rangareddy district, were identified as Pullagurram Purushotham Reddy and Gangireddy Madhusudhan Reddy.
The injured were admitted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
