Shimla, Oct. 8 -- Two persons were killed and one was injured when an SUV fell into a deep ravine near Khabal village of Shimla district early morning.
The injured have been admitted to Rohru Hospital. Police have registered a case and initiated further investigation, said an official spokesman.
According to reports, the accident occurred near Khabal on the Rohru-Khabal road. The vehicle fell into a deep ravine, about 300 feet below. Locals informed the police, prompting rescue and relief operations.
Vishal of Khabal village and Rajvansh of Denwadi village died on the spot. Kamaraj, son of Surendra Singh, of Sondari village was seriously injured. The cause of the accident is not yet known.
