Thane, Jan. 23 -- Two fruit sellers from Bhiwandi taluka in this district were arrested on Saturday morning on charges of murder, police said.
Sr PI V P Dolas said the victim Nizamuddin Hazrathdin Rain (35) used to take Strawberries from the alleged accused for sale and pay them intermittently but since long time he was not paying, as a result last night, the alleged accused, Ansar Pappu Mohramali Rain (35) and Saddm Husssain Anwarali rain (32) beat him to death, the police said.
The alleged accused have been charged under section 302 rw 34 of the IPC and further investigation was on, police added.
