Kushinagar, Nov. 19 -- A tragic accident on Wednesday claimed the lives of two friends who were returning from a birthday celebration, while three others were critically injured. The incident took place near the Sukrauli outpost on NH-28 under the Ahirauli police station area.
According to reports, five friends were returning in a car in the wee hours Wednesday after celebrating the birthday of their friend Aman, a resident of Sonbarsa village.
The vehicle, driven by Aman's friend Nilesh, lost control and crashed into the railing of a small bridge. The impact was so severe that the car was completely mangled.
