Mumbai, Dec. 28 -- A woman was killed and two others critically injured in a fire at Andheri East suburb here on Sunday.
According to a fire brigade official, a massive fire broke out in a chawl room in Ramabai Ambedkar Nagar, Andheri East. A woman, Veenita Bhoite, suffered 95 to 98 per cent burns and succumbed to injuries. Two others, Namdev Kashinath Sakpal, 75, and Laxmi Namdev Sakpal, 70, were critically injured and are on oxygen support in Kasturba Hospital .
