Kanpur, Nov. 1 -- A major embarrassment struck the Kanpur Police Department when two intoxicated constables created chaos in the Officers' Colony.
Last night, the drunken policemen allegedly misbehaved with the brother of an IPS officer who was out for a walk. Swift action was taken within 30 minutes of the complaint being filed.
When a police team arrived to apprehend the duo, they resisted and scuffled with the officers. Amid the commotion, one constable was caught while the other managed to flee.
