Srinagar, Oct. 15 -- The Court of Special Judge NDPS, Srinagar, today convicted two notorious drug smugglers - Mudasir Sultan Bhat alias Majid and Feroz Ahmad Khan alias Jaja - in a high-profile narcotics case registered in 2021 at Police Station Crime Branch Kashmir- Anti-Narcotics Task Force- Kashmir.
The two Mudasir and Feroz, both residents Bemina, Srinagar, were accused in a case FIR No. 19/2021 U/S 8/22, 29 NDPS Act, 420, 468, 471 IPC of Police Station Crime Branch Kashmir - ANTF .
The Court awarded 10 years of rigorous imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs 1,00,000 each on the convicts.
