Chennai, March 30 -- In a tragic incident, two workers died of suffocation and another
person was admitted to a hospital in a critical condition after they fell unconscious while
cleaning an empty chemical tanker lorry that transported Aluminium Chloride to a dyeing
unit in Tiruppur near Bhavani in Erode district of Tamil Nadu on Sunday.
The tragic incident took place at a water service station at Konavaikal near Bhavani where
the tanker lorry was sent for servicing after delivering the consignment.
Police said the deceased were identified as Yuivanandavel and Chandran.
The injured person, Chellappan was admitted to a hospital for treatment.
