Hyderabad, Dec. 18 -- A two-day National Seminar on 'Advancements in Space Science and Defence Technology' began at the GITAM School of Technology, Hyderabad, on Thursday in collaboration with the Indian Air Force(IAF).
Dr. G. Ramaguru, Director, DRDO-Industry-Academia Centre of Excellence (DIA CoE), IIT Hyderabad, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and delivered the keynote address.
Drawing upon his 35 years of experience with the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Dr. Ramaguru highlighted the critical role of academia in supporting defence-oriented research and innovation across the country through structured funding and collaboration.
