Mumbai, Dec. 17 -- Sajan Masih, who is associated with the Dera Baba Nanak area, and Manish Bedi, identified as the chief of the Amritsar-based 'Sher-e-Rain' gang, have been arrested by the police, an officer said on Tuesday.
Both are accused of involvement in several serious crimes committed across various parts of Punjab.
According to police sources, the two accused are linked to multiple murder cases in the Dera Baba Nanak and Batala regions. They are also suspected to be involved in several incidents of terror-related activities and attacks on girls in Amritsar.
Police further revealed that the accused were acting on the instructions of their handlers based abroad and were allegedly conspiring to disrupt law and order in Punjab. Acti...
