Pilibhit, Oct. 17 -- Two brothers were killed, while three others were injured in a road accident that took place in Pilibhit district.
The injured have been admitted to a local hospital for treatment, while the bodies of the deceased have been sent for post-mortem examination, police said today. The incident occurred yesterday at midnight.
According to the police, the incident occurred near Patpura village under the Gajraula Kalan police station area.
A car, returning from Jamuniya to the victims' native village of Ajitpur Patpura, suddenly lost control and plunged into a roadside gorge.
