Varanasi, Sept. 2 -- Two persons accused of kidnapping and forcibly converting a minor girl have been arrested by the police from the Adampur area of Varanasi district here in Uttar Pradesh, police sources said here today.
Police sources said that the victim's father had lodged a complaint at the local police station, but when no action was taken, he met Police Commissioner Mohit Agarwal.
