Ranchi, Oct. 13 -- A fierce encounter took place between the police and members of the Sujit Sinha gang in the Tupudana OP area of Ranchi on Monday.
Police sources confirmed that one notorious criminal, Aftab, sustained bullet injuries during the operation, while two others, including Sonu, were arrested.
Several firearms used by the gang were also recovered from the encounter site.
According to reports, Ranchi police had received intelligence inputs regarding the movement of Sujit Sinha gang members.
