Bhagalpur/Banka, March 17 -- : Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary today said that work is underway for the construction of two airports in Bhagalpur, and construction of the second airport is expected to begin within the next six months.
Addressing a public meeting in Bhagalpur, he said that industries are also being developed over 450 acres of land in the region, which will generate new employment opportunities. The state government aims to provide jobs and employment to one crore people over the next five years by promoting industrial growth.
Choudhary said that initiatives like Nyay Yatra, Pragati Yatra and Samriddhi Yatra have laid a strong foundation for Bihar's development.
