Begusarai, Nov. 1 -- Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra today launched a fierce attack on the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government in Bihar, accusing it of plunging the state into poverty, unemployment, and large-scale migration during its two decades in power.
Addressing a massive rally in Bachhwara Assembly constituency of Begusarai district, Priyanka said the people of Bihar now needed to make a conscious decision about their future.
"For 20 years, this government has given nothing but poverty, joblessness, and helplessness to the people of Bihar. The youth are leaving the state in search of work, while those who remain are struggling to survive," she remarked.
