Tirumala, Dec. 16 -- : The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Trust Board, the highest decision body of the world famous Venkateswara Swamy temple, on Tuesday resolved to develop 'divine plantation' project over 100 acres of land to cultivate auspicious tress required for the 'Dwajasthambham', (holy flag mast), central to Agama-compliat Hindu temples.

Among the major decisions, the Board which under the chairmanship of B.R. Naidu, along with TTD Executive Officer Anil Kumar Singhal and board members, gave its nod for the construction of a Srivari temple in the Bandra area of Mumbai at an estimated cost of Rs.14.40 crore.
