Tirumala, Sept. 22 -- TTD has today appealed that devotees should not offer any gifts during the celestial umbrella procession that reaches Tirumala from Chennai to be decorated during Garuda Vahana Seva on September 28 as a part of Srivari Salakatla Brahmotsavams.
