In one of his most extensive speeches in months concerning Iran, the US leader reportedly implied to a bilateral deadlock over the issue, indicating that all efforts to reach any agreement were now effectively stalled, with little room for resuming talks after Iran's 12-day war with Israel, later joined by the US, as per reports.
