Quantico, Sept. 30 -- US President Donald Trump in one of his most bizarre statements yet, said that the military and National Guard personnel should use the nation's most violent cities as "training grounds."The remarks came amid Washington's rapid surge in domestic deployment of federal troops for ensuring law and order and reduce violence in certain cities and states.
