New Delhi/New York, Sept. 23 -- US President Donald Trump has the ability to do more about the measures he has taken against India for buying Russian oil and is ''considering doing more'' because of the direction the entire matter has taken, Secretary of State Marco Rubio said today.
He, however, said the US hopes that the measures taken so far against India can be fixed.
''We've already seen the measures we've taken with regards to India, although that's something we hope we can fix. But - and the President has the ability to do more, and he's considering doing more because of the direction this has taken,'' the State Department said.
