New Delhi, March 11 -- US President Donald Trump on Tuesday announced plans for what he described as the first new oil refinery to be built in the United States in five decades, a massive $300 billion project by India's Reliance Industries to be located in Texas.
In a post on social media, Trump said the refinery would be developed by America First Refining at the Port of Brownsville in Texas and would involve investment from Reliance Industries.
