Agartala, Feb. 15 -- Tripura's Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare Minister Ratan Lal Nath on Sunday said that the state has secured an order from German buyers for 500 MT of organic ginger and 20 MT of bird's eye chili. The Minister, who attended and addressed BIOFACH 2026 in Nuremberg, Germany, stated that German buyers expressed a keen interest in visiting Tripura after witnessing the state's organic products.
He highlighted Tripura's organic products at the BIOFACH 2026 event on February 10-13, which saw participation from countries worldwide, which emphasised the state's commitment to organic agriculture.
