Agartala, July 10 -- Tripura has been appreciated in video conference of Union Agriculture
Minister Narendra Singh Tomar today with the agriculture and farmers welfare ministers of
all the states for it's an achievement in implementation of PM Kishan Yojana and Kishan
Credit Card (KCC) among the small and marginal farmers of the state in last five months.
Tripura agriculture and farmers welfare minister Pranajit Singharoy told UNI that Prime
Minister Narendra Modi had mandated all the commercial banks to sanction the loan
against KCC among all the eligible farmers between February and April this year where
Tripura achieved first-ever success so far that increased the agriculture and horticulture
production manifolds.
