Agartala, Dec. 2 -- To enhance employability and curb migration in Tripura, the Directorate of Skill Development has signed two Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with IIT Delhi and TATA IIS to train 1,000 youths in advanced, industry-relevant job roles, aligning the state's workforce.
Officials said the first MoU involves collaboration between IIT Delhi and state institutions to train 500 candidates in emerging technology areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Internet of Things, Blockchain, and 5G technologies.
This training initiative will be carried out in partnership with NIELIT Agartala, Tripura Institute of Technology, and other government-supported centers across the state. Funding for the program will be provided...
