Agartala, April 1 -- In a major step to enhance the workforce for the industrial sector, Department of Skill Development has introduced specialised training programs in advanced technologies for young individuals to expedite the advancement of Tripura's digital economy.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was established among the Department of Skill Development, I Hub Foundation for Robotics (IHFC), and Technology Innovation Hub of Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT Delhi).
As part of this initiative, 148 trainees are presently engaged in training at NIT Agartala and the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), Agartala.
