Agartala, Dec. 13 -- In a major anti-drug operation, Tripura police in Ambassa of Dhalai district intercepted a vehicle and arrested three persons, including the driver, with 1.836 kg of suspected heroin, and 10,000 Yabba/methamphetamine tablets hidden within the vehicle.

Police intercepted the Bolero vehicle during routine naka checking in the Upanagar area. The stockpile consisted of 137 soap cases concealing the highly addictive and harmful substance, valued at approximately Rs 2.
