Agartala, July 5 -- The Tripura School Quality Assessment and Accreditation Framework (SQAAF) has been launched in Tripura to enable children on a contemporary level with the children of other parts of the country.
Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha, who also holds the education portfolio, said on Saturday that through SQAAF, the standards of education of each school can be assessed, and recognition given accordingly. "The teachers in schools will no longer be limited to the traditional way of teaching. They will have to teach various important subjects beyond the specific syllabus," he said.
