Agartala, May 23 -- As the monsoon approaches, Government of Tripura has initiated proactive measures to ensure the uninterrupted supply and price stability of essential commodities across the state.
The Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Minister, Sushanta Chowdhury, chaired a high-level review meeting on Friday to assess preparedness and coordinate strategies to tackle potential disruptions.
Acknowledging the state's vulnerability to road blockages and logistical hurdles during the rainy season, the minister stressed the importance of early action to prevent supply chain disruptions and market irregularities.
