Agartala, Nov. 7 -- The District and Sessions Court of Tripura's Unakoti district has sentenced three Bangladeshi nationals to two years of rigorous imprisonment for violations of Indian Passport Act and Foreigners Act.

The convicts were identified as Md Rahnur Rahaman (son of Md. Rafikul Alam, a resident of Kulaura, Moulvibazar district), Jahid Ahmed (son of Abdul Khalik, a resident of Kurigram, Sylhet district), and Ruman Ahmed (son of Maklish Rahaman, also a resident of Kurigram, Sylhet district).
