Agartala, June 28 -- The Tripura Congress has accused ruling BJP of patronizing anti-social elements to suppress democratic rights of the people and indulging in hooliganism to disturb peace and social harmony.
In a letter to Chief Minister, Tripura Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President Ashish Kumar expressed concerns over the alarming deterioration of law and order in the state. It also demanded immediate and strict police action to restore peace and democracy in the state.
