Agartala, Oct. 9 -- Leader of the Opposition and CPI-M State Secretary Jitendra Chaudhury today came down heavily on the ruling BJP for allegedly attacking Trinamool Congress (TMC) party office in Agartala and harassing the TMC delegation at the airport yesterday.
He described the incident as a "clear sign of autocracy" and a "dark chapter in the political history of Tripura." Chaudhury alleged that since 2018, the BJP has been systematically targeting offices of opposition parties and vandalising them - often using bulldozers.
