Agartala, March 22 -- Tripura Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha on Saturday stated that the budget tabled on Friday has given priority to capital expenditure for infrastructure development, including modern buildings, roads, and other means of connectivity to attract investment in the state.

Hailing the proposed budget growth-orientated and directed to PM's Viksit Bharat vision, Dr Saha said, Tripura's GSDP was recorded 10.4% in 2024-25 financial years against the national GDP of 9.7% and projected GSDP for coming year has been set at 10.5% when country's GDP is expected to touch 10.1% mark.
