Agartala, April 26 -- Ganganagar RD Block under Tripura's Dhalai district has been awarded Rs 1.5 crore under the Aspirational Blocks Programme for its exemplary progress in effective governance and community-driven development.
Officials said here on Saturday that NITI Aayog has evaluated the block's progress, not just about the financial achievement but the tangible improvements brought by the administration to its residents. The block had earned the prestigious Prime Minister's Award for Excellence in Public Administration, 2024.
