Beed, April 6 -- A triple-vehicle accident involving an ST bus and two cars occurred near Pisegaon Fata on the Kej-Ambajogai road in Beed district on Monday, leaving three persons injured.
According to initial reports, an unidentified vehicle attempted to turn towards a petrol pump, forcing two cars - a Swift and a Ritz - coming behind it to slow down suddenly. At that moment, a speeding Ambajogai-Sambhajinagar ST bus approaching from behind rammed into both vehicles with considerable force, resulting in a chain collision.
In the impact, three persons - Datta Landge, Vinod Jagtap, and ST bus driver Maruti Phad - sustained injuries. They were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
