Kolkata, April 23 -- West Bengal's ruling Trinamoool Congress on Wednesday blamed the BJP-led government at the Centre and held Union Home Minister Amit Shah "directly responsible" for the "security lapse" related to the terrorist attack at the Baisaran meadow in Pahalgam of Jammu and Kashmir.
